Event Planning & Design Service

 

  • Initial Consultation: Define the goals and design direction for the event.

  • Service: Full event planning, complete event design and layout; floor plan, and day of coordination.

  • Logistics: Manage day of vendor schedules and deliveries of all decor items.

  • Vendor Relationships: Correspond with all vendors as it relates to your event.

  • Contract Review: Read and review contracts, as needed.

  • Setup & Strike Staff: Hire and assign duties to event day support staff as needed. Additional fee per hour, per staff member is required. Amount of staff is determined based on the actual setup and strike time allocated by the venue as well as the complexity/elaborate nature of the overall design concept.

  • Floral Design: Consultation, design, day of coordination and setup. (see Floral Design Service)

  • Budget Management: Initial proposal followed by a complete event spreadsheet 

  • Desserts & Cakes: Consultation with vendor, design, day of coordination and setup.

  • Event Production & Management: We’ll take care of managing every single detail during your celebration so you can revel in the moment!

NOTE: There is a non-refundable $350.00 consultation fee which serves as an initial deposit of the Event Planning & Design Service Retainer Fee. Taxes and invoice processing fees are also applied.
